Table has an adjustable product airation arm driven by a 0.55kW @ 6.3 RPM, 415 Volt SEW gear motor.
Cooling table is complete with a 4.0kW stainless steel centrifugal fan.
System is set up on a stainless steel forkable frame.
Currently fitted with a 2mm Dia perfurated screen.
