IBC Mixing Station - Slow Speed

Australian made unit is a portable mixing station for liquid mixing in intermediate bulk containers.
Complete mixing station for IBC’s of 1,000 litres, requiring high flow and low shear, for viscosities up to 4,000 centipoises.
The unit comprises of a Stainless Steel Bridge with forklift pockets, an electric plug holder and a mixer with a folding impeller.

Materials of Construction

• Mixer Bridge: Stainless Steel 304 Grade.
• Wetted Parts: Stainless Steel 316 Grade.

Motor

• 0.75Kw helical gear unit with final speed of 255rpm.
• Complete with SEW Variable Speed Drive - single phase input, complete with all operators controls capable of controlling the impeller speed over a range of 255rpm to zero rpm, with soft start feature.
• Totally Enclosed - IP66 Protection Standard.

Voltage

• Available in 240V.

Impeller

• Single level folding impeller, 100mm diameter when stationary (easily passes the 150mm top port in the IBC).
• Diameter - 320mm when operating (33% of tank width), manufactured in grade 316 stainless steel.

Shaft

• Shaft support nosecone and bearing, with hollow shaft coupling for easy connect.
• Stainless steel shaft, 25.4mm diameter, 316 stainless steel.
